At Epic Nexus Group, we strive to provide quality products and a great shopping experience.

No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product. After verification, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled or shipped by us.

  • A duplicate payment has been made.

  • Any other case where a refund is required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
